AGREEMENT: Technical cooperation between Cement Factory Novi Popovac and Institute Mihajlo Pupin, Belgrade.

I have prepared this Agreement from both technical and business point of view. It represented an amalgamation of the two diverse, but complimentary organizations, and a wide spectrum of potential joint ventures in the domain of R&D work in cement industry. General Director of Cement Factory was also a PhD (Chem) and Member of the Assembly. Also: Prof.Dr. Vlastimir Matejic was, at the time, Yugoslav Minister for Science & Technology and General Director of Institute Mihajlo Pupin, Belgrade, Serbia.

I was in charge of all projects under the umbrella of the Agreement, as either the particular project's Manager, or as Project Coordinator.
