CONTRACT. Preliminary Design BMB FIMA Block Form Machine Sensors and Overall Instrumentation Upgrade.

Thermocouples, Current Measuring Transformers.

1 Thermocouples k-Type 7x
2 Current Measuring Transformers (CMTs) with Transducers and Cables 2x3
3 Voltage Measuring Transformers 1x3
4 Design, Construction & Delivery of KROHNE OPTISWIRL 4070 C Steam Flow Meter Transducer.

The transducers designed, constructed and delivered were

(2) RMS-to-DC transducer, to adapt the raw output of CMT to the input of ADC of initial Pico / BMB DAQ System, i.e. to the PLC's Analog Module input.

(4) 4-20 mA to voltage converter and calibrator, to provide an analog link of the flow meter and DAQ / SCADA.

All thermocouples were installed and temperature calibrated / checked, upon inter connection with DAQ / SCADA.
