Assistance in PLC Programming & System Engineering. Water Supply Control System Design. In Particular: Design of Boiler Water Intake Control System – Bore hole Water Level Indicator.
In support of an overall Steam Boiler Water Intake Control System Design efforts, a particular attention has been paid to the permanent indication of the actual level of water within the bore hole. Non - adequate previous treatment (exploitation) of bore water led to the serious damage of the water resource (bore hole base) and, of course, the pump.
This indicator has been realized on the HMI of local MSC - Measuring Supervision Control (SCADA) node, but has been, subsequently, used as a basis for the overall water intake control system, and, combined, with the boiler & technology water system (intake, treatment & recirculation).
The subject indicator has been designed in two stages.
Stage One: set of discrete conductivity sondes coupled with nivostat relays.
Stage Two: a precise hydrostatic pressure sensor coupled with DAQ / PLC Analog Input Module.
