Rendering the Services, April 2016. Preliminary Re-Design of System for Process Water Intake. Overall System Integration.
Not only control, but the process water intake system itself had to be re-designed, in order to incorporate three potential sources of water, for the purpose of process technology (conditioning of dices) and steam boiler water supply. I have identified three water sources:
1 Return water from the automates,
2 Bore hole water,
3 City water.
The complexity of the problem and the 24/7 production required multi stage approach to this project.
