A Nonlinear Programming approach to On-Line Solution of Minimum-Time/Limited- Fuel/Fixed-Route Problems.

 

Working as Graduate Research Assistant, have prepared this paper with Prof.Dr. S.T. Hung as author. Paper is an extension of a general approach to the underlying problem. It stresses particularly a modified Newton's algorithm, its self-adjusting performance cost index weights, and an element-wise matrix inversion scheme, to attain speed while preserving robustness of algorithm.
